Maybe it was one of Eugene’s hand loads that didn’t have enough powder? Either that, or the show is make believe.
Glad I stopped watching it. An animated corpse would rot away to a pile of bones in weeks with no circulatory system to feed the cells but the zombies stay around for years.
Very nice test. Result is as I would expect.
My question is why did Rosita have Eugene make her only one bullet? Is it that she lacked a magazine? I don’t know, because I would have had my manufacturer, Eugene, make me an entire magazine full + one in the chamber, and unloaded them all into Negan.

I could make a better bat, take a metal one, cut off the big end, make a roll of sheeted dyneema and kevlar, soak it with urethane such as bedliner, rhino lining or that stuff you can get in walmart, push roll into bat, allow to cure, reattach end cap.
For better hitting power leave a half or 3/4” tube in the middle and fill with lead shot, make it a dead blow.
Wrapping the bat with metal strip spikes fortifies the bat and could deflect and or slow down the bullet. Its why they wrap wood poles with metal bars.
You’re not the only one who stopped watching it. It turned in to “Days of our Lives” with a few zonbies thrown in. They don’t even bother having the slides rack on their handguns anymore. First two seasons were a lot of fun. then... YAWN.
Z Nation at least tries to make it fun to watch.
