What hurts Obama is that the cornerstone of the US economy is
manufacturing, not what he envisions. With likely significant tax reform and business regulation reform, the moribund middle class could suddenly experience a major revival, which will result in a broad-based economic boom like what we had in the 1980's.
Indeed, one Warren Buffett could be quietly smiling because one of Berkshire Hathaway's biggest assets, the BNSF Railroad, could be booming 18 months from now as a revived manufacturing sector will result in a new peak of demand for railroad freight transportation.

I demand a stop to all this winning until the president-elect has been sworn in! It’s embarrassing!

Companies are throwing manufacturing peanuts at the USA market because they are afraid of tariffs. We still need to raise import tariffs significantly.
We want it all back.

Tax reform and regulation reform are small potatoes compared with the cheap 3rd world labor being exploited to fatten corporate coffers.
More tariffs and less income taxes.

I want to see the tax regime upon citizens altered beyond recognition, to the point that it’s possible for a given individual to live his or her life without having to present their papers annually to pay tribute under penalty of fine or imprisonment. Fund themselves via other means, rather than income and property tax upon individuals. Sure, you’ll pay if you buy, pay if you sell. But, a relatively thrifty, self-sufficient individual should be able to hold it together on little or no income if physically able. That’s a defensible and moral baseline that can be held through the coming technological disruptions and loss of employment, rather than meting out a stipend to pay for taxes, fees and crap.

I love this guy. The future of our economy keeps looking brighter; and, he is not even, officially, in office yet.

The democrats are going to claim credit for all the winsI saw some guy on Varney this morning doing precisely that. I yelled at my t.v.; Yeah, he has something to do with the Wall Street rally --- HE IS LEAVING!

A recent article said that energy costs alone (driven down by fracked natural gas) will make the U.S. an international center for manufacturing. A supportive President is accelerating that trend.

I am not afraid to call this what it is.
A complete repudiation of affirmative action as it pertained to the petulant one.
MAGNIFICANT FAILURE!

I’m sure the MSM will work diligently to determine the real reason LG and Samsung are planning to build products here.
