Preet has been investigating Cuomo since he before he took down Silver and Skelos. As much as I hate Cuomo, he is a shrewd bastard and never, ever uses email. He is like Tony Soprano—far enough removed from the actual evil deeds so as not to get caught. His scumbag father taught him well. Everyone in Albany hates him, even the dems from NYC because he is such a vindictive bastard, but they all wind up kissing his ring to get what they want. It is a sick place, Albany.

He took his time and re built Manhattan and the smut went to other areas of the 5 cities...then along came Rudy, and went after the Mafia and got them under control...
