It's said that Trump gets by on 5 hours sleep.
It can be done. I probably get five hours or less sleep per day and that amount is cumulative, not all in one snooze. I’m very healthy and happy.
I suspect a lot of us Type As have what others would deem *insomnia*.
A lot of people also need less sleep as they get older.
