Anecdotal, but since Indiana went Right-to-Work 10years ago, and made union membership OPTIONAL, less than 9% of Indianapolis teachers now pay dues.
That represents a HUGE revenue source for the Democrat Party just GONE, and it shows in the election results.

The bottom line is that I beat them by contacting a conservative teacher's association which eventually came on campus an brought on many more members and was even voted as the district's bargaining unit off and on.
