If there is not very firm action taken on this outrageous act, more will feel emboldened to do similar stuff. Notice how they, brave souls, chose a developmentally disabled person as their victim. They make me sick! No doubt, they are products of the “Feed ‘em and Breed ‘em” programs, AKA welfare.
