Hmmm. This is interesting indeed. I was suspicious that PE Trump was not giving a truthful answer when he said that he would not prosecute Hillary once he was in office. Perhaps this guy is in protective custody and the wheels of justice are turning, waiting for the end of January.

Trump WAS truthful when he said “HE” would not prosecute Clinton...He will allow Jeff Sessions and the Dept of Justice to do their job....

Trump has nothing to do with it. He can ask for a special prosecutor but only with reason. If the prosecutor does it it's because he should have done that anyway. Obama ordered Lynch not to prosecute but that was secret and illegal.
