Compared to many other federal expenditures, that’s a tiny drop in the bucket. Plus, it saves money by being very secure for the first family.

There’s a complete underground facility at Camp David for use in time of “emergency”, that’s where the funds are used.

Ten million to maintain and staff? Sell it. It's much cheaper to maintain it and go there than to sell it and generate security elsewhere. We should keep Camp David (I've been there - it's secure and reasonably but not unreasonably luxurious or extravagant).
