It’s secluded. You can secure it much easier than Martha’s Vineyard for example.

There is no need to set up comms because they are “built in.” You don’t have to do all the prep that goes into scouting locations, and looking up local lunatics.

At Camp DAVID you add a few more guards and you are pretty much all set.
