We better start getting much less tolerant and less compassionate. Both attitudes are killing us.
And it isn’t any more about tolerating people or behavior that is out of the ordinary. It’s about extolling their proclivities, having pride parades for them, turning them into heroes for being weird and declaring our past heroes degenerates and marginalizing and even criminalizing the behavior of the vast majority.
I don’t call that tolerance or compassion, but suicide.
