I disagree with the title, because the elite of the democrat party are still white. They want non-white votes, certainly, and will put some minorities in positions of power. But they are in no hurry to turn over the reigns of power of the entire party.

They used the same strategy to form the prototype of a state governed by ruling elite kept in political power by a manufactured demographic surge in a proletariat class made up of welfare spongers and illegal aliens

It kept the white elites in power for 25 years, but now they are being kicked to the curb by a new class of radical and incompetent ethnic hispanic and minority politicians

Power players like Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstien have ridden the wave to power but they are all in their 70s or 80s so their time in power is limited and a new generation will displace them

I agree with you. The Democrat party is controlled by rich, educated, self-righteous and predominately white liberals who live on the coasts and in upscale urban neighborhoods. They have a patronizing attitude toward minorities and basically use them to forward their own aims of more power and control over other people's lives.
