They dont get their water from Lake Mead. They get it from Lake Havasu and below..if thats what you mean.
They do get the majority of power from the Hoover Dam. Matter of fact, the LA area gets more than the whole state of AZ does. If I remember right.
Where do you think Lake Havasu gets its water?
They get a significant amount of the power produced by Palo Verde, too.
