At one time in my younger days, I dated a young lady who’s Grandad gave her his Doolittle raid jacket. She showed me so that I could translate the Chinese text for her. Talk about touching a piece of history. I was in awe.

I carried maps like that in Vietnam. Thank you for sharing that!! There is a special place in my heart for all who served in Vietnam. For many years, I wore a copper bracelet with the name of a serviceman on it. All of you are still in my prayers.
