Anybody that thinks Putin is in Syria to stop ISIS is very naive. Putin is in Syria to prop up Assad, and thereby support Putin's objectives.

I am not saying that he is going after baby milk and aspirin factories, but his concept of precision bombing is a lot looser than ours.

Correct. And 0bama is not fighting muslim terrorist, or ISIS anywhere. He is in the mid east to topple existing governments and turn them over to muslim states.
