If Carlos Slim wants to keep his NY Slimes investment viable , he should move the Old Gray Whore to Palm Beach, to Tijuana.

Then, he will not have to import Mexicans for minimum wages. He can hire Tijuana locals for a few pesos per day and no Obama Care costs.
