So, Roberts is happy that with one absurd decision he has become a laughing stock of conservatives who will never trust him again.

He has become, in a word, irredeemable.

It’s better that we get to replace Obamacare than the Dems coming up with something new themselves if the Court had declared it unconstitutional. It’s like the election. Our 2012 loss paved the way for a much better president elected in 2016. Sometimes losing puts you in a much better place in the long run.

No, there is no reasoning here. It is patently unconstitutional and despite the fact that congress may dismantle or amend it, it should NEVER have passed constitutional muster. No, John Roberts did no one a favor and forever relegated himself to the dustbin of American jurisprudence.
