I don’t have a problem with him being SCOTUS. He’s a strict Constitutionalist. That’s what counts.
I am sorry to inform you that Ted Cruz uses our Constitution like the New York Slimes and Washington Compost uses the English language. Ted Cruz talks a good preachy game, but he exempts himself from 'original intent'.
He was until he decided he wanted to run for POTUS perhaps. I do not believe his principles are equal to his self interest.
