The problem lies not in the bill as it is, but in what it can become on a whim.

“Voluntary” can be replaced with “he would volunteer if he realized it was for his own good.”

“Disabilities” can morph from Dementia and Autism into denial of Climate Change or belief in UFOs or non-acceptance of the 39 new recognized genders.

Just ask all the people who were put into mental hospitals “for their own good” because they did not realize the manifest benefits of The Collective in Soviet Russia and Communist China.

Hell, NO! Chipping people? I won’t even chip my pets. When did it become the goverment’s job to keep track of elderly or disabled family members? Since it became an imposition on lazy famililies. They are the responsibility of their families, not the taxpayer funded government.
