Jug Ears’s inaction adds to a record being, basically, eight years of dithering and “nothingness.” DJT seems to be a dynamo and person of action.
There is no "seems to be" about DJT. He is a Type-A for sure.
Trump is a piker when it comes to overstepping the bounds of president elect. He doesn’t even have a president elect seal on his podium.
I would say that he most likely intends to hit the ground running. All preparations for such a scenario seem to be unfolding.
