How about ONE VOTE PER STATE?

Whoever gets the most States wins - keep it easy and simple.

ONE VOTE PER STATE - KEEP IT EQUAL.

Last I heard, Hillary! was ahead in the popular vote by about 2.3 million. Of that 2.3 million, 4.5 million came from California.

If you take California out of the mix, Trump won the popular vote by 2.2 million.

In other words, Hillary! won the popular vote in CA, and Trump won the overall popular vote in the other 49 (or is it 56) states.

Thank you, but I believe that shows the vote by county. The win would look even more dramatic if it was by precinct.

The purpose of the Electoral College is to appoint a chief executive unbeholden to any faction.

The Framers' President II.

Well, then good luck locating that. Too bad it wasn't what you were looking for.

Assuming blue equals Clinton county wins then I can count
many more that 57 colored in blue on your map.

Well, I pulled the map off of a post on FR, along with the stats.

You've got a a lot more free time on your hands than I do. I didn't count them. It could be just illustrative of the blue-red divide in the country instead of being specific to this election. I have no idea.

Those are counties and I think Clinton won 27 or so in Texas and
something around 500 or so nationwide.

What is your source for those numbers? Why are they more accurate than the other numbers without some sourcing?

Fake news or undocumented statistics? Nowadays, who knows what to believe.

Washington Post. Not exactly reliable or honest in their reporting. Why believe anything they say?

In this article, the Post twists themselves into a pretzel with their heads up their arses, to come up with something, anything that diminishes Trumps win and makes it sound like Hillary won where it counted.

You believe the stats but not the article where they are quoted?

Read "How To Lie With Statistics". It was the textbook for a class I took in graduate school by the same name while I was working on my MBA.

How To Lie With Statistics

You can make the same "stats" to mean anything you want. The point being, facts are only as accurate and revealing as you want them to be.

Your numbers may be correct, but realize that there are other sources quoting different numbers. The Washington Post has a reputation for being anti-conservative and anti-Trump. They have their own agenda and will manipulate the numbers to match that agenda.

Speaking of lying with statistics is this your version of a lie using stats?

.....Trump won 3,084 of 3,151 counties in the U.S. Hillary only won 57......

Not my version but TruthFeed.com's version.

TruthFeed.com

Like I wrote previously, your numbers may very well be correct but I don't see any proof that the lying, biased Washington Post is any more truthful or accurate than TruthFeed. They were wrong about everything else during this past campaign and election. Maybe they've changed their ways after being so wrong all along.

That's the point I'm trying to make. You have your source. I have my source. On what basis do we decide who is correct?

Did not the small number of counties listed for Hillary, 57 not make you at least curious
since she won the popular vote? How do you win the popular vote and not not win many counties
across the fruited plain?

The map you posted should have been an awakening to that fact, imo. Anyway take care
and have a good rest of the day, evening. I’m out of here to do some other things.

Geez, get over yourself.

Did not the data you posted give you at least a little pause about their accuracy, since they were obtained from the liberally-biased, lying Washington Post? How could they be so wrong about this election for so long and then all of the sudden be right?

The Washington Compost link you posted should have been an awakening to that fact, imo.
