The Latinos I mean are almost ALL from Mexico. It's too far for most other Latinos to get to the USA.
Mexico's southern border is as closed and tight as any USSR former wall. Mexico does NOT want any Central Americans in Mexico as they will work for EVEN LESS than Mexicans.

Latinos gets closer to mestizos than “Hispanics”, though I think Mestizos would be the best descriptor if one couldn’t truly use Americans. Just sayin’.
