I know a lot of liberals, and many of them are very hateful and bitter towards anyone who doesn’t toe their liberal line. So, this doesn’t surprise me one bit.
Here is a sobering thought from the Bible that fits these types well:
Proverbs 17:5 (ASV) Whoso mocketh the poor reproacheth his Maker; [And] he that is glad at calamity shall not be unpunished.
I popped up out of the subway in DC near Georgetown one time and came face to face with a college age bimbo who asked me to sign her petition against the death penalty. I said right, as soon as you sign my anti abortion petition. She was dumbfounded as she could not see the irony. I went on my way knowing it was my last day in that crap hole city as I was departing that day to my home in Texas.
