Sure.
Mix:
10 C rolled oats
1 C raw unsalted sunflower seeds
2 C chopped almonds (buy the sliced ones and put them through a food processor. Whole ones are too hard to chop)
2-3 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 C brown sugar to taste
Put in a pot and warm until butter is melted:
1/2 C olive oil
1/2 C (1 stick) butter
Then add and stir in:
2 Tbsp vanilla
Pour butter/oil mixture over rolled oat mixture and mix well.
Bake in over at 300 F for 20 mins in a shallow pan, stirring once.
If you want to add raisins, coconut, chocolate morsels, whatever, mr mm adds those too but they need to be added AFTER baking. They burn very easily so if you put them in first, you’ll regret it.
You can also very easily double or triple the recipe.
