Roberts is a moderate Justice. I think he’s wrong sometimes, but I can understand his POV (though I think it wrong).

And there you are wrong. The dissident to the ruling is actually Roberts. The conservative Justices published his original decision without alteration after he flipped at the last minute. That absolutely smacks of blackmail. Nor is it the first time it’s happened. We have a tape of LBJ laughing about blackmailing the chief justice over something he did in Mexico city. Had the guy crying on the phone according to LBJ.
