You may be making the mistake I used to make. Set your search to ‘titles,’ not ‘keywords’ which, unfortunately is the default.

I've asked for this to be changed, several times. I think it would eliminate a lot of duplicates.

I always find it amusing that when I point out this mistake, I'm being "snarky". A hint: your error is not my fault.
