Shalala is one of those degenerate malignant dwarves peculiar to the Democrat party along with Robert Reishhh, Barbara Milkulski and others that are tier two or three die hard true believers effective in their positions. Nuremberg trials displayed quite a few of that type.

Rarely in the media spotlight due to their risible appearence, they are not to be dismissed lightly. They toil in near darkness implementing tier one policies.

She followed her tenure as president of the University of Miami with being named chief executive officer of the Foundation.[19] According to the New York Times, Chelsea Clinton helped persuade Shalala to leave the Miami position, move to New York and head the foundation.[20]
