You are correct because under O & H we made a huge CHANGE (remember “Hope and Change”?) and they made us a banana republic.......
Too many corrupt people at higher levels and too many timid and fearful people at lower levels. I’ve never met a government employee who was willing to put their cushy job at risk. They just go with the flow and do what they’re told. Its the kind of environment that attracts them to “government service” in the first place.
