I very much doubt that Monica is going to do anything to help this man out in his personal cause. Monica knows she’s lucky just being able to draw a breath every morning, let alone, doing something to draw a crowd. She gains nothing by helping him. Is that the so called ‘big announcement’?
If so, he wasted a chance to make real news today.

That’s what I understood, too. The guy evidently wanted to get DNA material from Lewinsky’s dress and match it up with his own to prove Billy Boy was his baby daddy.
