I can't claim to be a great historian. But I just can't imagine the Battle of Midway was not included in this list.

I suppose a case could be made, thanks to America's industrial might, the US still would have won, tho it might have been 1948 or 1949 instead.

But the amazing ebb and flow of the battle, and how an "underdog" won, and the result marked the beginning of the end for Japan and the biggest war the world has ever seen.
