There's really no need to speculate about what may have happened.

Here's what we KNOW happened:

• Hillary signed an NDA with the federal government, granting her access to classified information and agreeing to protect it, and acknowledging the possibility of prosecution if she didn't.

• She violated the NDA.

• When confronted with her violation of the NDA, she "didn't recall" signing the NDA.

She either lied, or she is mentally incapacitated. Either disqualifies her.
