It is from 2014. It is also from Virginia after Clinton Crony Terry McAuliffe became governor. And that's why it's doubly important.

Because it shows how McAuliffe runs elections in Virginia. He's the one trying to rubber-stamp the restoration of voting rights to as many felons he can - despite a court order saying he can't do it in mass.

McAuliffe is also the one who arranged giving half a million to the politician wife of the FBI official involved in the Clinton email probe. An FBI official who was then promoted from running the Washington field office to Comey’s Deputy Director, the 2nd highest position in the agency - all in 1 year.
