If it happens it will not just be her though. The Dem party, the media and the pro-Clinton wing of the GOP, i.e. the GOPe, will be 100% involved in such an effort. This would all happen before Trump took office so he would not be able to do much about it except in the courts.
I can see the networks and the NYT and WaPo et al explicitly calling for insurrection in the ghettos and less explicitly for the killing of police and perhaps Republicans and/or Christians.
Thinking again of Hillary’s mental condition- I believe she is sinking into dementia pretty quickly as witness her need for a teleprompter at the debates- and won’t be capable of accepting or rejecting defeat.
