All the Clintons have accomplished in their lives is to normalize corruption.

I think this explains how people who fall into their orbit end up the same way.

They’re no better than the “bad influence” kids decent parents try to keep their children away from.

I’m thinking, that at some point, some high profile person with lots of money is gonna get rolled up by the Feds. At that time they’ll use this defense and depending on their net worth and connections, just might get away with it.

If/when that happens, you might as well remove 18 USC 1001, as it will be used by everyone after that and be rendered invalid. Of course, all that means is that the Feds will have to do “REAL” police work, like regular cops, instead of being able to rely on the Federal Code to intimidate people.
