BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (KMSP) - An act of democracy was met with an act of crime in Bloomington, Minnesota. The vandals were right on busy Normandale Boulevard when they torched the big Donald Trump sign on Lorri Kreuschers lawn.
"It was Saturday night, probably 9 p.m., and someone came to our door and said, Do you know your sign is on fire? Kreuscher said.
The Trump sign was decorated with women's bras and lit on fire. It happened only a few feet from where vandals hit 3 weeks earlier, using road salt to kill the grass and spell out her candidates name.

"If you don't fight back, you're doing exactly what they want, Kreuscher said. They win."
But Kreuscher seems to be an anomaly this election cycle, as many are keeping their yards and their bumpers free of politics.
"Maybe one or two percent of the population is actually moved by a lawn sign, said political science professor David Schultz. "Cell phones and the internet have replaced yard signs.
Schultz is betting yard signs won't even be around in 10 years.
"It's really not clear that putting up signs is going to change people's minds, so why bother? he said.
Wouldn’t it be great if it were legal to shoot people on your property who were trespassing and destroying your property... oh wait!!
property has been damaged.
file charges and push for arrests to be made
I do not know the law in other States, but in Florida it is illegal to bobby trap your property. Many have done and are doing time because they did this[bobby trapped their property].
