You are missing the point of my post. The two photos side by side were not at all intended to say they were the same kind of persons. Rather, they were to point out that Tim Kaine has very effeminate features and mannerisms, just like Benny Hill had. (You wouldn't take issue with that would you? Benny Hill was a very effeminate man, in both appearance and mannerisms, just like Tim Kaine is today. Benny also loved dressing up like a woman, and did it over and over and over again, as you can get an idea about from looking at some of these sample pictures of him, shown below. I don't know if Tim Kaine likes to do that too, but I wouldn't be surprised if he did.)
