House is in an Historic district and the city says all changes to appearance must be approved ahead of time.
Do you suppose they’ll go after graffiti “artists” with the same fervor that they go after this guy?
Yeah city of Phoenix has gotten real touchy with our historical district too, trying to clean it up.
I picked up a couple contractor clients that flip a house a year down there and always wants to change exterior things they cant and we redraw them a couple times to get them ok’d
Guess they are trying to bring back that old look, cant change roof lines or lots of visual things now that are more of a modern look, i.e. cant stucco over old brick houses..
