"racism requires power and prejudice. white people have power to oppress black people because they control the system and ecnomic [sic.] structure in society.”

That's been the standard victicrat position for decades, designed to relieve personal responsibility for the sorry state of their subculture(s).

Racism DOES NOT require power. It requires IRRATIONAL prejudice.

Racism is about irrational prejudice, and that is it.

There can be rational reasons not to like other people, for many rational reasons. I do not like murderers. I do not like thieves. I do not like criminal thugs. I do not like sexual perverts. I do not like violent people. I do not like people that are brutish and loud and obnoxious. I do not like people that think they are better than other people and run around with chips on their shoulders. I do not like hypocritical people. I do not like visibly unfriendly people. I do not like people who do not live by the Golden Rule.

Plenty of rational reasons not to like people and all of my above reasons have zero to do with skin color.
