Guessing, transmitter/battery pack for her clip on mike and antenna up her back. And/or a transceiver/transmitter, booster relay, for bluetooth signals possibly for ear plug.

Back to the ear plug, it's something similar to this one.

You'd think Shrill got the best one they could find...
