Correct. I referred to it as a Kodi device. Actually, I should have said a Kodi enabled device.Most likely, it is an Android device. Kodi is just software that can be loaded onto these devices. Kodi can also be loaded onto a regular PC. Just as a PC can be used for legal things, it can be used for illegal things. One thing you can do with Android devices besides loading Kodi, is loading apps. I have one app loaded , called NewsOn, that lets you view local TV from around the country. Being overseas, I can watch the local news from where I used to live. also, if there is some incident - like the bombing in NY - I can go to the local TV stations, which usually have better coverage.
