According to FBI files released on Friday, Obama on June 28, 2012 communicated by email using a fake name with Hillary’s private unsecure email. And as such, they knowingly passed classified information between each other outside of secure proper government controls. As a result, they are both guilty of breaching the Espionage Act and both Obama and Hillary should be going to jail.
Here is the relevant section of the Espionage Act:

If we had anything that even slightly resembled an investigative mainstream media, they would have keyed in on this the moment it was revealed that Hillary never used her government account.
How did they think other agencies (including Obama) communicated with her?
Did anybody bother to ask that question?

Everyone knew it was not Comey’s job to decide what a reasonable prosecutor would do. His job is to collect the evidence. But the GOP-E played along with the charade.
The Attorney General has the job of prosecuting. But everyone knew Loretta Lynch and Obama were not independent. Obama appointed Hillary as his Secretary of State and Bill Clinton appointed Loretta Lynch as US Attorney.
Congress should have not given one dollar for the DOJ budget until they appointed a true independent prosecutor who had no ties to the Clintons or Obama.

The failure to prosecute makes more sense now from the point of view of the government officials of the Democrat party-—Indicting TWO of the top officials in the government for violaton of laws regarding national security would be devastating to their reputation in the country.
AGainst the rule of law? Certainly. Against the rule of politics? Nope
