Too many times in the past the Clintons have laid traps where it was predicted something “bad” would happen, and then the event occurs and it was normal.
Hillary could show up at the debate, not show any signs of any illness, and present herself as a calm and in control person. Since many will be tuning in to see what all the fuss is about, it could turn out well for Hillary.

I believe she’ll be drugged and ready, looking fully amped and spry, and once again the Clintons will have pulled off a rope-a-dope. The media will, as always, kneel in supplication to their master.
If she face-planted, I’d have zero sympathy and give zero f***s for her misfortune, but it ain’t gonna happen.
But Trump is wily enough to come out alright in spite of the evil Clinton’s games.
Viewers, though, will find her voice, and her words disappointing, and it won't help her. And like most of these debates, the media will claim the Democrat won, even though the opinion polls will be completely different.
