They are a step ahead in their diabolical schemes. Remember, criminal minds must think in ways that the average person doesn't. Lying, cheating, scamming, covering up, underhandedness, greed...and more...are all part of being criminals such as the Clinton's.

And, innocent little Chelsea is in on the gig.

It only makes sense that her cozy li’l NYC abode serves also as her mother's own private Medi-Center. No scrutiny. no records to expose, and she has personal treatment away from the little people.

I guess this is one of the charities covered by the Clinton Foundation ....or maybe even the little people donations for her campaign are enough to cover this luxurious expense.

Given the size of Chelsea's apartment (very large by NYC standards!), I think it was quietly furnished to be equipped with a full medical center inside the apartment itself, with only the lack of facilities to do major surgery. As such, it is equipped with deal with most of the maladies Hillary suffers from.

Why would it potentially have sophisticated medical facilities? I think it was intended as a second home for Bill Clinton, who is not that hale himself and would need excellent home care medical facilities--which coincidentally would be perfect to treat Hillary in case of "medical episodes" from neurological disorders.
