The building was sold to the condo developer in 2011
I think this story is busted.
Prior to being sold to the condo developer the building housed retail & offices. One of those was Metrocare. There is no evidence that Metrocare remained at this address subsequent to the condo conversion.
Since people want to believe that Metrocare is secretly operating out of Chelsea Clinton’s apartment I offer the following for their entertainment:
Metrocare Home Services, Inc. is solely owned by Metrocare Grantor Trust, with Robert Silbering, Esq. as the sole Trustee
Metrocare Home Services, Inc. entered into a management agreement with Tri-Borough Health Careers, LLC which was approved by the Department of Health on December 19, 2011.
The sole member of Tri-Borough Health Careers, LLC d/b/a Metro Care Home Services, a division of Tri-Borough Health Careers, LLC is Kenrick L. Cort, President and CEO
Kenrick Cort is also President & CEO of Tri-Borough Home Care, LTD.
Tri-Borough Home Care specializes in:
Alzheimer’s Disease
Arthritis
Diabetes
HIV/AIDS
Multiple Sclerosis
Parkinson’s Disease
Bam! There it is. HRC has Parkinson’s and that’s why she went to the secret Metrocare facility in Chelsea’s apartment.
