Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine on Sunday defended Hillary Clinton against criticism over her handling of classified information as secretary of state, saying she was unaware of the sensitivity of some information she exchanged over email because it had been "improperly labeled."
In July, the Federal Bureau of Investigation rebuked Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, for her use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013, saying she was "extremely careless" in her handling of classified information.
According to records released by the FBI on Friday, Clinton told the bureau's investigators in a July interview that she could not recall getting any briefings on how to handle classified information or comply with laws governing the preservation of federal records....

Just like those “phantom” sanctuary cities, Kaine is blaming “phantom” classification markings.
Well, at least we now know what Kaine’s campaign job is: make up sundry and ridiculous excuses for Hillary’s vast criminal behavior that no one can possibly believe unless they’re already 100% brainwashed into voting for Crooked Hillary.
I’m also guessing we’re gonna be hearing more and more from Tim as Hillary stays in deep hiding.

Your state legislature has plenary power to control the selection of Electors. Note that although in nearly all states all Electors stand for election statewide, the Nebraska Plan does it differently - only two electors stand for election statewide, and each of the others stands in a particular Congressional district. There is no question of recourse to the courts to change that; the state legislature has spoken, and that is that.

- Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.
So my question to you is, “Have you asked your state legislator why someone who has accepted - via a foundation notwithstanding - money from Saudi Arabia and I don’t know where all, while on the government dime is allowed to have Electors committed to her on the ballot in your state?” I have (and gotten an underwhelming, irrelevant reply).
I don’t know how she can remember anything about the labels.
Little Timmy Kaine is as stupid as Hillary.
People who work for defense contractors have to take yearly training in how to recognize classified material and what to do if you stumble on any. Basically you sit on it and holler for Security to come get it. It’s not ambiguous and not at all hard to understand. The penalty for failure to handle correctly is termination at least, possibly prison.
It's likely to get worse much faster if Trump wins because those who have been "kicking the can down the road" all these years will decide it's time to quit playing that game and let it all collapse so they can blame him for it.
