In that middle GIF, was that arm slapping the Queen’s arm down added, or is that raw footage?
That’s her doctor’s hand slapping her hand down. They are trying to make her not look sick, but you can see she is.
They then try to steer her away from the camera - she dodders off confused and mumbling to herself - clearly in a fog.
Raw. She wasn’t reaching to cover her cough, initially. It looks like she was going to rub/pinch her nose or forehead weird, and the handler slapped it down, and she turned it into covering her mouth.
