Dogs prefer belly rubs over treats

I’ve never understood why dogs want their bellies rubbed anyway. Does nothing for me.

Rubbing my own belly does nothing for me either........

One dog grabs your hand when you stop petting her. The other could care less about the belly rub, if there’s a treat involved :)

Mine was a Rottweiler. I have had two. We miss them greatly, but can’t get a new one because we work all the time.
