Donald Trump was advised when Trump extended the invitation to Ted Cruz to speak that Cruz would not endorse Trump. Cruz' speech was submitted to Trump's people before it was delivered and there was no objection made. No fair observer can regard this transaction as any way "dishonorable" on Ted Cruz' part.
