Black Lives Matter protesters campaigning for "justice" over the death of a man under police restraint occupied a Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) office demanding action.
Campaigners raising awareness about the case of Kingsley Burrell, who died in 2011 following contact with police, staged a noisy but non-violent demonstration in the Colmore Gate offices in Birmingham after an earlier rally in the city. The protest dispersed when a senior manager from the West Midlands CPS agreed to take a letter from the campaign group raising 10 key points in Mr Burrell's case, and pass it to the director of public prosecutions (DPP). About 30 people had entered the CPS office's lobby at about 1.30pm on Friday and began chanting "no justice, no peace".
West Midlands Police officers prevented the protesters moving any further into the building, in the heart of the city's high-rise business district....

I would think that a mob taking over the offices of a prosecutor would be a fairly serious matter, seeing as the information identifying witnesses, case notes, etc. are easily accessible.

Well, now the staff at the Crown Prosecution Service know their place.
