In California they're using a marking pen to make black felt marks on the ballot cards. At least they do where I go to vote in SOCAL. A while back they were using punch ballots but I haven't seen them here recently. The voting process, ballots and machines are different state by state and precinct to precinct. The entire voting process in America is ripe for fraud and that's the way democrats have set it up. Confusion and uncomformity are tools the dems use to rig our elections.

I'm proud to say I voted my entire life and never once cast any vote for any democrat and I never will. I'm sure that here in Cali my vote has been disenfranchised many times over though.
