With the world swamped by cheap natural gas, crude oil, and coal (with the mines in western countries are being relegated to heritage status), who, really needs expensive and intermittent electricity from the wind and sun?

For environmentalists, protecting the environment is a pretext for promoting socialism and statism and a rationalization for the destruction of capitalism and economic progress.

There is an operation currently proceeding with assembly and testing, conducting the hardware integration, proceeding on a timeline toward in-situ field testing in the first-half of 2017 of commercial electrical co-generation units.

Their planning staff became so disgusted with the regulatory burdens inhibiting entry into the commercial electrical generating market, that they’ve opted to offer their technology for lease based upon a kilowatts-delivered charge (with a minimum yearly kilowatt usage) and the initial installation costs.

Based on the avoided costs of governmental oversight, regulatory constraint issues, distribution, their low capital investment cost, and the exceptional efficiency achieved at small scale—the anticipated rate is 5+1 cents per kWh.

The optional equipment (inverter) is supplied by the manufacturer for the +1 cent additional fee per kWh. 100 to 250 kilowatt rated units are the initial goal, with a 10 kilowatt unit for residential use developed within the following year.
